Because there are so many freebies floating around right now, we've rounded up all the games that are free for a limited time so you can easily claim any you're interested in. To help people kill time, online storefronts and developers are giving away a bunch of free games right now across PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile. The developers should be ashamed of the work the put into the PC version of the game. While various parts of the US have different rules when it comes to social distancing under the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are still spending a lot of time indoors. We know what it does with the CPU behind the scenes, and it seems like that's just what's going on here, and is why its consistenly taxing peoples' CPU's in the most awkward way. This port is just straight up trash, and I have a feeling Denuvo is to blame. Its been 3 months and still no fix which is pathetic. FPS isn't even the issue here, but like everyone else the game consistenly sttuters. Even Rise of the Tomb Raider runs better than this game at a mixture of medium to high settings at 1080p. Regardless, I have the same card, and it runs most games fine. This is more than enough on any game of this generation. A decent mechanical hard disc will read/write files at about 80-100mb per second. Any stuttering caused by a hard disc bottleneck will be overshadowed by the other components limitations long before mattering in 99% of cases. RAM is faster than any hard disc or SSD and this is why they went for this method and why people who are on the limit of their RAM are having problems.Īn SSD is really only useful for decreasing os loading time and speed of the os in general, and games loading times if they are installed on one. Most of the assets are loaded into the RAM for this game which is how they avoided major hard disc loading times etc as you travel around a seamless map. It may help with the slight stutter between regions that is hidden as things load and it will help with the loading time of the game. That is a seriously low end card.Īn SSD will do nothing for this game really. What did you expect with that card? What cpu do you use? People need to think about minimum requirements and what settings they are playing at. you have to remeber that consoles handle system ram/Vram differently than PCs and have a ton of it to toss around so this kind of thing will end up happening more in the future as AAA companies get more lazy porting games to PC. this is just a joke, a reall really terrible one especially the ram should be more than enough and i could understand if game used more than that on maximum draw distance and ultra textures but i also have probelms with low textures and low draw distance. i also got 8gb ram and 2gb vram and its not like thats bad. if this is actually true this port is horribly bad. Your findings with the SSD are likely pagefile related as your GPU only has 2GB of Vram and you only have 8GB of system ram, meaning you are simply running out of resorces and pagefiles tend to be faster with SSDs.

SHOULD I GET JUST CAUSE 3 FOR PC OR CONSOLE FULL
The other issue that people run into is GPU clock speed related, for some reason Jc3 does not let many cards run at full speed so you end up sitting there with your GPU in power saving mode, in which case even a 980 will sit there and keep you at 20fps.
SHOULD I GET JUST CAUSE 3 FOR PC OR CONSOLE 720P
If you have less than 3GB of Vram you simply can not play higher than 720p without some major issues. Originally posted by FactionSlayer:A lot of issues people have are with Vram and System ram, the system req's that they list are totally wrong with the game in the state it's in. SSDs are NOT cheap (for good ones), $100-$800 ( USD United States Dollar ) Please do not spend your money until confirmed, unless you dont want to wait, and have money to spend!
SHOULD I GET JUST CAUSE 3 FOR PC OR CONSOLE UPDATE
I will post an Update when I can confirm! My time trying to fix JC3 has lead me to believe that an SSD can help these stuttering issues. Now on with the "Fix." I've been doing a lot of research, and a lot of file snooping, and configuration. I play GTA 5 just fine, along with Fallout 4, and the rest of my games. I know my PC isnt the greatest, but is not bad. Even with the Beta, or lateset drivers, my game still continues to stutter. I can handle the game, I play normaly with 40-65 FPS. So, Ive been messing around a lot in just cause 3 trying to get the game to no longer stutter. Okay, so 1st, this is for people who know they have PCs that can handle the game with their GPU (Video card) and CPU (Processor).
